Ability to Resize the Strategy Parameters Window Vertically

Currently, the Strategy Parameters Window can be resized horizontally. But not vertically.  As you can see on the screenshot, I need to scroll down because I have a lot of parameters.



Could you please add an option to resize the Strategy Parameters Window vertically?
