Add Compute from (high, low, close, etc) on KAMA Indicator
There is an option to specify the compute from (high, low, close, etc) in an EMA indicator. However, there is no option to specify the compute from (high, low, close, etc) in a KAMA indicator.

@clonex - Any update on this KAMA indicator? It's been over a month since I submitted this ticket. I've been following this up every week. Could you please set a definite date that you can complete this and honor your word? If not can @SQteam assign this ticket to another DEV team member if you are busy?
