I think It was never fixed, it still happens from time to time.

It's very difficult to reproduce apparently though as I just tried....

To be clear, some functions of the data manager SOMETIMES change some symbols in the crosscheck settings. The screenshot is after. Originally I was crosschecking majors never ZARJPY.

OK I was able to reproduce this 136 dev 4.

New workflow... created a single retest task with a crosscheck.... added 51 symbols to crosscheck in alphabetical order.... took some screen shots and saved the config..... went to data tab and clicked update all selected (all ducas symbols were selected) (there was a week or two which needed to be downloaded at the time so this took about 10 minutes, I didn't leave the data manager or click anything I just waited for it to complete).... Go back and check the crosscheck in the custom workflow and many of the symbols changed.

Hi Bentra,

I have tested the workflow in our development version, and I don't face that issue.

I have tried to check the underlying component. It was using the same component in the following tasks.

The symbol changing issue in the component has been solved.

The fix will be in 136 DEV 5.

I think we might still have a problem here. One symbol got switched this time and it just happens to be the same symbol as the main data before it got switched. Did you account for when the same symbol appears in the crosscheck as the main data? Or even two symbols the same in the crosscheck list?

136 dev 5 still having this problem with multiple symbols even when its not the main data... main data in this case is AUDUSD. Although I did have some duplicate symbols in the crosscheck...

UPDATE: I was able to immediately close and open SQX and then the crosschecks were back to the previous set up. Obv still a bug though

B136 final, build 136.1451 still affected (Native Retester)

i was preparing a multimarket retest, so since i have some time spare becouse Data Manager was updating data, i started to setup my Cross check Backtest on additional markets. all was ready and fine, all markets setup correctly with date spread comissions , work was done. and what happened? when data manager finished to update all data, the pairs changes on my setup! almost all pairs were screwed and setup like USDCAD.
