start trading on Monday at specific time

market is very volatile (huge spreads, slippage, requotes,  buy limit and sell stop are very far away from the price, etc) at the beginning of trading week on Mondays mornings.



 Add option: start trading on Monday + [Time 24h]

there is no point in trading for the first hour or so.

sqx simulation is very different from reality then
