[B136 Dev3] SQ sets the NULL value in "System Parameters Permutation conditions"

Bug:
I suspect "No conditions defined" in "System Parameters Permutation conditions" is hard coded in form view data. 
Please verify if it was read invalid setting data or not.


Steps to reproduce:
1: Goto Custom Projects
2: Create a new project
3: Add a new task - "Build strategies"
4: Enable "Full settings"."Cross checks(robustness)"."Opt. Profile / Sys. Param. Permutation"
5: Open the settings
6: Select the "Filtering" tab in "Cross check - Opt. Profile / Sys. Param. Permutation"
7: You can see "No conditions defined". in "System Parameters Permutation conditions"
8: Click the "Default settings" link.
9: The value becomes "Net Profit(Median) > 0" in "System Parameters Permutation conditions"
