Remove "Store 3D charts data" from global configurations, and add it to optimization tasks

Sometimes we need to see 3D chart results of optimization, and sometimes we just need to optimize and not interested in see 3D results.

For this purpose we should change the setting in global configuration each time, and restart SQX.
Please remove it from global configuration and add it as a button inside optimization task, so that we can turn it on or off without restarting the whole program.

You don't need to restart SQX to apply this setting.


Results is a "separate application" and we need this setting outside it.
