Always running Out Of Memory in Custom Projects/Builder

When buiding new strategies in a workflow, the program continuosly runs out of memory before reaching the Max Number of strategies to build (4000) in each running cycle.

I have changed the Memory configuration setting in several ways. E.g.

Let the program choose how much memory to use
Set Max Mem to 8GB

I have then restarted the program each time but nothing changes. The allocated memory in the Progress graph never shows more than 4GB used
