Add ..... for X bars to default SQX signals (Also some new indicators and signals)
Currently default SQX signals does not include "for X bars" e.g. we do not have "RSI is rising for X bars"
Please add this option to all meaningful default signals.
Also, currently there are some indicators introduced via codebase, forum, etc.
It's a good idea to add them to SQX by default.
Also it is a good idea to add some other default signals that currently not exists by default.
e.g.:
RSI(m) crosses RSI(n)
SMA(20) is below SMA(50)
