New defaults not applied when modifying symbols in a workflow

If I modify the defaults of an instrument in Data Manager, and then choose to apply these new defaults when modifying symbols in a workflow, the new defaults are not imported (the old ones are instead applied)

You have to exit and re-enter SQX in order to changes to be correctly imported
