[Build 136 dev7] : Urgent SQX and Algowizard won t load the Rule correctly in the templates

The Signal rules are not loaded correctly :


1/ the Main signal rule is not loaded 


2/ the 10 last rules are missing


3/ in the condition rule , the condition are without condition OR at the beginning of the line


4/ in the condition rule , the closing parenthesis are at the incorrect place

I can see Dev7 is loading faster the template, we can go from one rule to the next faster


The rule condition in Dev7 are appearing better than in Dev6




Would it be possible to test before the release of Dev8 ? to test it faster ?
