[Build 136 dev 7] In Custom Project , Portfolio Creation with Cancel Button

In Custom Project , if we create a Portfolio from a databank, 



Some strategies may have more trades and it may take too much time to create a portofolio and we have no way to cancel this task


We need a cancel button next the progress bar to cancel the portfolio creation in case the portfolio creation take too much time


(otherwise we have to end SQX from the task manager, and this is not good for the SQX setup)
