Make improve all strategies of databank as default

any time in new project we select improve, we see this error, and should change the default selection

Then we would also have to change settings on Ranking tab.

There is check when Opt from databank is selected - > "Build project misconfiguration - when you are improving all strategies in databank you have to specify total number of strategies generated or time stop - options 2. or 4. in Settings -> Rankings."

I mean if I selected improve button, second item be enabled by default.

Please try it. Choose Improve, select from databank and run the project. It will throw the error above.

Simple strategy is default. (It's OK)

now I want to improve some strategies.

I add them into databank.

Then I click improve checkbox.

Upon checking improve checkbox, immediately this error arises.

Because the strategy name which is by default exists inside textbox in improve does not exists.

This is what I want: if I checked Improve checkbox, the second subgroup (Improve all strategies in databank) be selected by default and not the 1st one.
