RC3 Optimizer issue

Optimizer (Simple)
I tuned the Parameters Value manually for (Start Stop Step).
i saved the config.
when i load another strategy to optimize, it loose the Parameters values completly


or we can say: how to save these parameters (manual settings) into a config file in order to reload them when we change the strategy?
becouse now config save also the Strategy to optimize, and when i load another strategy to optimize,
the parameters are changed automatically (without any reason)
