Missing bars after downloading from CDN

User is missing some bars after downloading from CDN.


- data was downloaded sometime between September 14th 2022 and now.


- I downloaded all the data that the user was missing - for me it was fine


- the user then tried to Add only missing data - it does not work


- then cleared all data on symbol and download again - it works

At Support they answered that they would see it, but I had to remove the symbol and download the data again, and the missing data was incorporated there.

I was unable to download directly to overwrite the missing information.
