MT4 building blocks visible when Stockpicker engine selected. GUI allows to select and run Build with MT4 BBs. Persisted through restart. Refreshed to Stockpicker BBs only after global settings save.

This must be linked to a some async config saving method that is used in SQX.  This was initially captured on fresh install of the B136 Final and after running it it for some time a have not encountered the issue lately.
