136 final - CPU usage stays high after clicking stop

You can see logs being produced even after "project stopped, project finished" appears in the logs

If it is still working then it should indicate so. Right now I can edit config etc even though it is still working and producing new logs and using cpu....

Even several minutes later after I clicked stop, still producing logs and using 90% CPU

Even after I cut and paste some strategies in to another db and then run this task only on a filter task... it is still doing the retest task in the background invisibly.....

And finally twenty minutes later, the CPU is starting to wind down at around 60%

This occurred for me too, specially when use improve tasks in custom prpjects
