Build 136 is crashing with the custom blocks imported from 135

Build 136 is crashing after several minutes or even seconds.


It has something to do with the custom blocks imported from 135.  Without them 136 is running.


To reproduce the error - import custom blocks, active them all in in the building blocks and let run build.


The SQ log and custom blocks are attached.
