Strange Error Message while editing a Workflow

All as a sudden, modifying a Workflow, a red popup appeared with the following error message (also in the log file):

Cannot update settings of task file Retest-Task1.xml (project: Optimize & Finish - 1)
Project config doesn't contain task with taskXMLFile 'Retest-Task1.xml

If you run the workflow, it works normally and afterwards the error no more appears

Not really, it has not happened any more. If it will happen again I will be more precise on the sequence of events before the issue occurs
