Synchronization of unchanged strategies
Problem reported in

is not fixed - strategies from custom project databanks are synchronized every time.
To reproduce unzip SQX_136_win_final_20221223.zip, start SQ, run demo custom project
"EW - H1 Simple", exit SQ, start SQ, exit SQ.
