Porforlio creation fails "Lock non acquired"

I closed and re-opened strategyquant and all contents of the Databank had been lost!!! Again. I re-attach the log after re-opening.

Please improve the realibility of this hell of a program !

It is now even impossible to select them in the other Databanks...

Error msg is "Cannot get Data item, lock not acquired". 

Another 3 days of work thrown away .... 

It looks that you were trying to create a portfolio while backtester was running. You have to wait until it finish and then create the portfolio.

Is this normal ?

1. The strategies are actually WFM result packages. With 'stand-alone' strategies the issue has never occurred.

2. Not shown in the video: after the first merging attempt a "work in progress" bar appears and stays for a while, and the error message appears at the end.
