B137 Dev1: Windows Services use 45% of the CPU when SQX is running

Hey again.

When running SQX it should be using 100% of the CPU. But as of late, other processes are using the CPU as well. It hasn't been like this before. It is "Program Compatibility Assistant Service" and "Microsoft Defender Antivirus Service" that use 32% + 13% = 45% of the CPU - see the attached screenshot. When I stop SQX from running then both the services return to 0% CPU usage immediately. I suspect that this problem came after the recent Windows Cumulative Update.

I'm running Windows 11 with a Ryzen 7 5800H CPU.
