137_D3 can't rename some instruments

no duplicated , i can't rename this 2 instruments , i got the error in the picture 2.

i solved going into database and i saw that there was swap row with no values, so i copy paste from another instrument and after that i saved and i could renament the instrument.

questiom, what caused that ?
the 2 instruments (DE index and jpn) were created new just a bit before, and download dota , and cloned to EXT+07 timezone.
than i tryed to rename them and got the issue.
