Local vars not available in Random Actions

I think I've reported this error in the context of other Random Groups (Values and Conditions), but I thought it worth while to point out that Random Actions also do not have access to the local parameters configured in the SQX file.



One possible Random Action that would be quite useful is the ability to assign values to local parameters within the SQX template itself.


Please see the attached image. Neither the dropdown nor the "..." button reveal any local params.

Also - template parameters are not accessible in the Custom Blocks either. Please make avaialble there as well.
