[Build 137] Templating : No Negated condition of Changes Direction Upwards/Downwards

When we are building strategies from a template with negated conditions :



The builder will produce in a strategy condition :


where Change Direction Upwards or Downwards are not negated 


We need the negated of Changes Direction Upwards to be Changes Direction Downwards 


and 


We need the negated of Changes Direction Downwards to be Changes Direction Upwards

this is not a bug, if you'll check the snippets these two specific examples - DI- changes direction downwards and StdDev changes direction downwards negate to the same thing, and there's reason for that - it should be like this. 


There are some conditions and blocks whose negated value should be the same.
