[Build 137 RC3] (Urgent) Opening template, the template brackets are not in a correct position

1/ if we Open a template, the template brackets are not in a correct position.

2/ if we Build strategies from a template , the brackets are not in a correct place

3/ The source code brackets are not at the correct place . If you look image 0 for the code and image 1 for the template , you will see the brackets position are not in the correct position)
