[137RC3] strategy with custom block cannot be backtested anymore

Dear developers,

in version 137RC3 is something wrong with custom blocks. In RC2 everything worked correctly. Attached you can find strategy which was possible to backtest without issue in RC2, however in RC3 is shown error as per attached screenshot. I attach also custom block Percent ranker.

Furthermore I think custom blocks cannot be exported from RC2, I had to do export it from RC2.
