[Build 137.1639 RC3] Variable dialog Box, no warning, no safety and deleting the wrong variables

In Variable dialog box :


1/ We can delete variables even if it is used in a rule.  
     For example, We can delete the magic number variable.
     Before we had a message box preventing us to delete an already used variable in a rule.
     This is making a lot of errors when we delete variables used in different rules.


2/ if we search a variable, in the list of variables and delete it in the list, the variable do not disappear from the list and it may delete other variables
