[Build 137.1749 (Final)] We can no longer specify generation of random double in the template builder

With Build 137 Final, we can not anymore select "Generate Randomly" , no 'Same As"",  or  "Negation of"


in Image 0, you can see in Build 137 RC4, we have "Generate Randomly", 'Same As"", or "Negation of"


In image 1, in Build 137 Final, we have no more "Generate Randomly" , no 'Same As"",  or  "Negation of"

We can no longer specify generation of random double in the template builder. It is woring with integer but not with double
