[Build 110] AlgoWizard: Editor/'Other Properties' are not changeable - MM and SQ Temple Mode

Make the values in the OTHER PROBERTIES changeable.

Money management value are changeable. If an ea is saved, the SQX is restarted and the ea is reloaded then the value is changed again. So he does not save himself, looks changed during the work if you do not restart SQX. The value changes only visually.
