"Duplicate" command on Tabs not working right

In particular, I'm trying to duplicate a Signals tab. It produces a new tab, and is transferring over the signals from the original tab. However, no conditions appear in the old tab, and restoring them results in new artifacts.



To demonstrate - just try to duplicate the "Signals" tab on the attached SQX file.
