Option to create list of acceptable parameters in randomized params

Presently throughout the AlgoWizard, when creating a strategy template, we can elect to "generate randomly". That's great, but it would be helpful if this could be expanded to allow for a list of specific options to. 


For example, just specifiying a period of 2 to 1000 with a step of 1 doesn't make any sense. I'll never want to use a period of 999, for example.


Instead, I'd like to specify possible moving average period options (for example): 


9, 14, 20, 50, 100, 200, 400, 1000.


Additionally, it would be cool if ranges could be incorporated here as well, i.e. (min:max:step):


9:14:1, 20:50:5, 50:100:10, 100:200:25, 200:400:50, 400:1000:100
