AlgoWizard - A more intuitive rule-type selection method is needed when triggering on every tick

In AlgoWizard, selecting the type of rule is confusing when wanting a rule that is triggered on every tick, since you must Choose Rule Event = "OnBarUpdate" then select "Rule is Triggered on Every Tick".

A more intuitive rule-type selection method would be an improvement.
