v136 dev 2 - Usability - Change color of scroll bar on Algo Wizard

Hi,



On the light skin you have changed the scroll bar it's hardly visible now. I have attached a picture which shows v136 (left) vs v135 (right). You can see the v135 scroll bar is darker and more visible to the user.


On v136 I had to guess there is a scroll bar.
