[136Dev6] Several problems in Algowizard

After loading attached strategy into Algowizard I see following problems:

1. click on Setting button and nothing is correctly loaded, neither timeframe, neither symbol....

2. around conditions is shown rectangle (visual issue)

3. ampersand sign is shown next to comparison sign (might be visual issue, or bigger bug).
