[136.1445] Limit time range not respected in Algowizard

Attached strategy was created manually in Algowizard, build 136.1445. Time range is limited only between 14.00 and 16.00 hour. However from List of trades is apparent, that this time limitation is not respected at all, trades are opened around whole day... Looks like problematic is Opening time. Closing at "end of range" looks to be OK. 



I have created same strategy in Algowizard build 135 and backtest looks correct. 


PS: looks like strategy created in build 135, but opened and backtested in build 136 is behaving correctly (same results as in build 135). So problem is somewhere in build 136 probably.
