SQX Build 136.1445 AlgoWizard error

Hi,
I have just installed the new SQX 136.1445. 
1) Activate it,
2) I do NOT change anything.
3) Start the AlgoWizard
4) See the attached files for errors.

Question.
How to solve this issue?
