Add data segments to portfolio master filtering

In QA portfolio master's filtering conditions, add the option to compare performance across different data segments.
For example, Ret/DD (OOS) => Ret/DD (full segment)
Currently, the right hand side can only be a number. 
This feature is already present in SQX.
