GPU Support

Since there is no back testing done it should be "easy" to add GPU support to portfolio master. Been running for 1 week now and I still have a couple of 100 years left to go . Funny thing is all portfolios are new since I marked them last night so it is still finding better ones.

QA is not good at using cores. On my 4 core 8 thread machine it is at 100% but on my 20 core it only uses 15-20 % (after days)

It will be great if the GPU is used to speed up processing data to develop strategies.

GPU is not suitable for PM.

Portfolio Master will be completely rewritten in new QA X version and will be available also in SQX.
