Error downloading GBPJPY cross

I am busy downloading dukascopy data for EURUSD, GBPUSD, GBPJPY and USDJPY. EURUSD, GBPUSD, and USDJPY are downloading perfectly. However, GBPJPY keeps on showing the following error.

See attached document. This has not happened before on any of the Forex crosses. Many thanks for your anticipated help. There is nothing for QuantDataManager drop-down menu. I will therefore use the QuantAnalyzer menu. Please note the error is on the QuantDataManager program, {free version}.
