Mass set note

1. Add new button to databank "Set note"

The button will display popup dialog with radio buttons:
Use symbol as note
Use timeframe as note
Use symbol+timeframe as note

Custom [editbox]

and it will allow mass setting of note for all selected strategies.

2. remove Sector/Note panel during load in Advanced settings. By default notes are loaded from files - if there is this info. User can then edit them for mutiple strategies using new "Set note" button.

I would like to have an option to set note in strategy quant.

Because I save strategies there, not in the analyzer.

It can be set during retesting for the whole databank.

Something like set note dropdown:

- Use symbol as note
- Use timeframe as note
- Use symbol+timeframe as note
- Custom [editbox]

This way in analyzer we will have strategies with correct note data, and no additional actions needed.

ve could add it to SQ, but the only use Notes have are in Portfoio master in QA, so it makes sense to set them in QA.

Not all people use QA for SQ strategies.

for SQX users with SQX are the best way to put the note right in the SQX file ... and i think, that it should be added in the save dialog before the magicnumber
