[QA 4.90.10] Portfolio Master - Stagnation filter crashes QA

Hi,

if trying to use the stagnation to filter portfolios, QA always crashes with an exception saying that it can´t compare double to integer values. The stagnation is indeed expressed in double, which makes no sense, given that it´s full days. I think the problem is that you are trying to compare integer to double values in Java, that won´t work.
