Error downloading data from Dukascopy for chart background

hi team,



I was trying to set the asset chart as the background for the equity chart for the Dukascopy USA30IDXUSD instrument I got an error downloading the data.
I also tried downloading via yahoo, symbol ^DJI, but I encountered an error doing that as well. 


Please see attached screenshots.
