TimeZone Clone Bug

Hi , when I use Timezone Clone . If I want to use London time . I select 『 (UTC) Casablance , DST : Yes』 . 
In Winter the history is right , But in Summer the history is wrong . (QuantData didn't adjust by Daylight saving time !!  )



I had already try :
UTC  DST YES  (It's the same like UTC DST NO)
UTC+1 DST NO
UTC+1 DST YES
all of those are wrong 


Please help me !!

In the Picture:
UP is export by TickStory  (UTC +0  DST:YES)      It's correct LONDON Time
DOWN is export by QuantData (UTC +0 DST:YES)  Summer Time is wrong
