Export to MetaTrader 4 "Invalid MT4 data specification file."

Hello. When exporting to MT4, the error "Invalid MT4 data specification file."

I use the file "ExportProperties" - according to the instructions
Version MT4 v.4.00 build 1260 January 24, 2020
