[SQ4 B2] Where are the custom indicators for MT4?

SQ4 seems to use a lot of "iCustom" links to indicators that most people might not have or might have in different versions. Where are the MQ4 / EX4 files for these custom indicators for exporting / copying from the SQ4 directory to MT4? I can´t seem to find them anywhere, so any exported strategy from SQ4 would / could give wrong results in MT4 as people might be missing the custom indicators that these strategies use or might have a wrong version of them (like "Heiken Ashi" which exists in 1000 different versions on the net). It would be best if you would give the custom indicators from SQ4 unique names like:

"SQ-Heiken_Ashi" instead just "Heiken Ashi" (even if supplying them). Because this way, people can keep their own "Heiken Ashi" for other EAs or manual trading.
