Working with timeframes in Data settings

TODO:

1. When symbol is changed in Data settings, it automatically sets M1 as the timeframe. It should ideally set the timeframe that was there before the change of symbol, or H1 if that timeframe is not available.

2. verify that the timeframe can be used - for example, we will import H1 data (not minute data). Then we shouldn't be able to choose any timeframes smaller than 1 minute if this data is selected.
