Default Configs has less options in retester and optimizer than in builder

As shown in attached screenshots, in builder, we have three default options:

Default for forex, futures and stockpicker.

But in optimizer and retester, the options is limited to just one.

It makes more sense to have unified options in all three parts.

Also we do not have any defaults inside custom projects!
