Building strategies stop in custom project of 137Dev4

As you can see in attachment, Building strategies stop in custom project of 137Dev4, these two custom project(i just change symbol) will also terminate abnormally.

But in other projects can be build strategies normally in 137Dev4.Similarly, copy these two projects to version 136final is also a normal build strategy.
I don't know if there is anything special in this custom project. Please check it. thanks
