Linux Build 137rc2: Web GUI: Cannot set maximum memory

Linux Build 137rc2: Web GUI: Cannot set maximum memory to say 5G for example. This is because, setting the maximum memory to 5G under Memory tab of settings creates the following entry in StrategyQuantX_nocheck.config instead of in sqcli.config

option -Xmx5g

SQX should save all settings to sqcli.config when accessing over the Web GUI (http://localhost:8080) which connects to sqcli running in the backend

Hello, as fast fix you can edit sqcli.config manually. We will fix it in the next build
