Default config inconsistent whenrun from homepage to run from build page

When we run a test with default-forex, default futures, default stockpicker from home page, we see some differences in settings than when we change settings to defaults inside builder.
All default settings should be completely the same, in all sections of SQX. (Homepage, Builder, Retester, etc.)
